Mindfulness for Working Minds is a unique 6-week online program designed by experienced teachers and trained practitioners at the Dhamma Centre. This course harmonises time-tested Buddhist training methods with science-backed mindfulness strategies to offer a truly integrative and practical approach to stress relief and emotional resilience.
Built on the foundations of Theravāda Buddhist wisdom and informed by modern neuroscience and psychology, this course offers a systematic and progressive path tailored to the needs of busy professionals. Whether you're completely new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen an existing practice, you’ll be guided through a step-by-step process that not only helps manage stress and burnout but also fosters deep mental clarity, compassion, and balance.

Designed for Progress
Participants start with just 10 minutes of meditation per day, gradually building toward 45–60 minutes by the end of the course, establishing a deeply rooted personal practice.

Expression of Interest
To ensure a supportive and interactive experience, the group size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. This small-group format allows for meaningful connections with the teacher and fellow participants, with space for personal guidance and shared learning.
We are currently collecting expressions of interest and will begin scheduling the next program once we reach 10 confirmed participants. The course will be delivered online via Zoom, with one 1.5-hour session per week for six consecutive weeks.
