DREAMS OF AWAKENING: LUCID DREAMING WORKSHOP
21.03.2026 - 10 am to 6 pm
Lucid dreaming is the ability to become consciously aware while you’re dreaming. In this state, the dream becomes a space for insight, creativity, healing, and deep spiritual practice.
In this one-day workshop, we explore how sleep — a third of our lives — can become a powerful field for awakening. Rather than being passive, the night becomes an opportunity to train the mind to be more awake, more aware, and more kind.
Rooted in Buddhist psychology and Tibetan Dream Yoga, this approach to lucid dreaming goes far beyond control or fantasy. It’s about cultivating clarity, compassion, and insight — both in dreams and in waking life.
