Review the rate card below and download the full T&Cs to make sure the space is right for you.

Get in touch
Email us with your event details, preferred dates, and which hall or halls you need.
Step 3
Complete the form
We'll send you a Hire Agreement and Booking Form. Return both and pay by BACS to secure your dates.
Step 4
You're confirmed
We'll confirm your booking in writing. That's it — arrive and make the space your own.

Cancellation policy

60+ days notice
100% credit (less £30 fee). Cash refund on written request.
31–59 days notice
50% credit. No cash refund.
30 days or fewer
No credit, no refund.

Credits are non-transferable. No adhesives on walls, floors, or furniture. Decorations must be removed after the event.

Payment

BACS transfer only

Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Full payment is due within 7 days of receiving your Hire Agreement to secure your dates.
