Our monthly drumming circle is open to everyone. Chris will have drums and rattles for all who need them — but if you own a shamanic drum or rattle, you're more than welcome to bring it with you.

Expect a light, easy atmosphere, friendly faces, plenty of laughter — and a lot of drumming.
Sit on the floor or on a chair, your choice. Chris kicks things off by setting an intention for the circle and making sure everyone feels at home with their drum before the playing begins.

The Centre parking can hold up to 25 cars, should the parking be utilised mindfully.
We ask that you also be considerate towards our lovely neighbours and maintain the quiet environment of the neighbourhood when in the parking lot.
