Half-Day Retreat
Yoga, Guided Meditation & Alchemy Sound Healing

Saturday 7th March 2026 | 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

This retreat has been created for those moments when rest is needed, but ordinary rest no longer feels enough. By bringing together gentle yoga, guided meditation, and alchemy sound healing in one carefully held space, the day allows the body to unwind first, then the mind to settle, and finally the nervous system to drop into a deeper state of ease. Rather than asking you to “do” more, each practice supports the next, guiding you naturally toward stillness without force or effort.

What many people discover in this kind of setting is a quality of rest they rarely experience in daily life — one where tension softens, thoughts lose their grip, and a sense of inner steadiness returns. The retreat offers time not just to pause, but to truly reset, leaving you feeling more grounded, present, and quietly nourished. It is a gentle reminder of what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to slow down in a way that is supported, intentional, and shared with others.

The Flow of the Day…

The retreat unfolds as a continuous journey rather than a series of disconnected sessions. Each element supports the next.

11:00 – 12:00 | Grounding Yoga Practice
We begin with a gentle, accessible yoga session led by Praji, designed to ease the body out of holding and tension. This is not about performance or flexibility — it’s about arriving fully, softening the nervous system, and preparing the body for stillness. Beginners are very welcome.

12:00 – 1:00 | Guided Meditation

From movement, we naturally transition into stillness. This hour of guided meditation will be led by Bhante and will gently explore themes of presence, compassion, and ease. You’ll be guided step by step, making this suitable whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice. The emphasis is on kindness toward oneself — nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be.

1:00 – 2:00 | Sound Bowl Healing

The afternoon opens into deep rest with a sound healing session facilitated by Analika. Immersive sound bowls and subtle vibrations support the body’s natural capacity to release, reset, and restore balance. Many people experience this as deeply calming and nourishing — a space where the mind can finally let go.

2:00 – 3:00 | Refreshments & Gentle Conversation
We close the day slowly, with light refreshments and time to simply be together. There’s no rush to leave — just space to reflect, share a few words if you wish, or sit quietly with a cup of tea. Community is an important part of healing, and this time allows the retreat to land gently rather than ending abruptly.
