Half-Day Retreat
Yoga, Guided Meditation & Alchemy Sound Bowl Bath

Saturday, 11th April 2026 | 11:00 am – 3:30 pm

This retreat has been created for those moments when rest is needed, but ordinary rest no longer feels enough. By bringing together Vinayasa yoga, guided meditation, and alchemy sound bowl bath in one compassionately curated space, the day allows the body to unwind first, then the mind to settle, and the nervous system to drop into a deeper state of ease amidst delicious food and great company.

What many people discover in this kind of setting is a quality of rest they rarely experience in daily life — one where tension softens, thoughts lose their grip, and a sense of inner steadiness returns. The retreat offers time not just to pause, but to truly reset, leaving you feeling more grounded, present, and quietly nourished. It is a gentle reminder of what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to slow down in a way that is supported, intentional, and shared with others.

The Flow of the Day…

The retreat has been curated to present a day of Mind and Body healing with facilitators that are deeply experienced in the field.

11:00 – 12:30 | Vinyasa Yoga Practice- Caroline
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, seamlessly transitioning between poses rather than holding them for long periods. Often described as "meditation in motion," it focuses on rhythmic, creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

12:30 – 1:30 | Guided Meditation- Eran

From movement, we naturally transition into a deep relaxation induction guided meditation practice. You’ll be guided step by step, making this suitable whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice. The emphasis is on kindness toward oneself — nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be, just being present in tuning into oneself and the rhythm of the moment.

1:30 – 2:30 | Vegetarian Lunch

After 90 min of yoga and further 60 mins of meditation practice, this would be the perfect stop for a delicious and nutritious meal cooked in-house. We would offer participants a Vegetarian menu that is gluten and dairy free and also suitable for Vegans. the retreat would also have biscuits, tea and coffee available throughout to enjoy as you please.

2:30 – 3:30 | Alchemy Sound Bowl Bath
After lunch, we would now allow for everyone to comfortably lay in our sacred space to be guided by Annalika through the sounding of her 99.99% pure crystal bowls that flows through the hall touching each mind and body in a cellular level. the power of these bowls are deeply effective to resetting the nervous system, leaving you feeling at a level of profound ease.
