Hatha Yoga with Praji

Tuesday morning, 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Commencing 3rd March

Hatha yoga is a classical form of yoga that brings the body, breath, and attention into a unified practice. At its heart it weaves together physical postures (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), and mindful presence in a way that helps settle the nervous system and cultivate balance within. Rather than rushing from pose to pose, Hatha encourages you to linger in postures, sense the subtleties of your own body, and explore the interplay of strength, flexibility, and breath, offering a doorway into greater self-awareness and grounded living. This measured and attentive approach makes it especially welcoming for beginners, while still offering profound depth for seasoned practitioners — because the practice isn’t about performance but listening inwardly, aligning your body and mind, and opening space for calm and clarity in everyday life. Regular practice can deepen flexibility and strength, ease tension, support restful sleep, and foster emotional steadiness, all while creating a foundation for presence and intentional living that ripples beyond the mat into daily experience.
