One Day Meditation Retreat
Guided by Bhante
Saturday 29th March 2026 | 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
A Day to Step Out of the Noise…
There are moments when an hour of practice is not quite enough.
You begin to settle… and then life pulls you back.
This day retreat is an invitation to go a little deeper.
Not extreme. Not austere.
Simply spacious.
From 11am to 4pm, we slow the pace. We move between guided meditation, silent sitting, walking practice, gentle instruction, and open discussion. There will be space to ask questions, to clarify your practice, and to understand how mindfulness can be woven into daily life — not just kept for the cushion.
Whether you are relatively new to meditation or have been practising for years, this retreat is designed to meet you where you are.

The Meal

The meal will be taken largely in silence to support continuity of awareness.
Why Spend a Day Like This?
Because the mind does not settle by accident.
When you give it sustained attention — even for a single day — something shifts. The layers of mental noise thin out. Patterns become visible. Restlessness softens.
You begin to understand your own mind directly.
That understanding is more valuable than any technique.
