These sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and invite a deep sense of inner peace. Through the pure tones of alchemy crystal bowls, participants are guided into a restorative state where sound becomes a doorway into presence, softness, and effortless release.
Held twice a month at the Dhamma Centre, this group session offers a beautiful space for relaxation, renewal, and reconnecting with yourself.
Introducing Annalika…
We are delighted to introduce Annalika Beresky, whose presence, warmth, and intuitive depth make her sound healing sessions profoundly nurturing.
Formerly a Health Service Manager within the NHS, Annalika spent many years holding space in challenging environments. Her path of service transformed in 2015 when the sudden passing of her husband opened a doorway into deep spiritual inquiry and inner awakening.
Since 2009, she has trained closely with her spiritual teacher, Ocean WhiteHawk, learning how to meet life—in all its joy and sorrow—with awareness, compassion, and freedom from suffering. Her work today is infused with this lived wisdom, guiding others gently back to their own inner stillness, love, and spaciousness.
Participants often describe her sessions as “deeply calming”, “softening”, and “like coming home to myself.”

What to Expect
To ensure you are comfortable throughout the session, please bring:
• A yoga mat
• A pillow for your head
• A blanket or warm covering if you wish
• A water bottle
• Anything else you may need to relax comfortably in a lying-down posture
We encourage participants to arrive a few minutes early to settle into their space.
