Kenneth leads a weekly Hatha Yoga class, bringing over 19 years of teaching experience and a strong grounding in anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Hatha Yoga is a foundational, slower-paced practice that balances active and passive energies through physical asanas, pranayama and mindful movement.
