Hatha Yoga with Praji
A Traditional Practice, taught with Care and Lineage
Every Tuesday, Commencing 3rd March
10:30 – 11:30 am
This Hatha Yoga class is offered in collaboration with Praji, a teacher whose practice is rooted in generational transmission, lived discipline, and deep respect for the original intention of yoga.
This is not fitness yoga.
It is yoga as a steady, grounding practice — one that works gently with the body, breath, and mind to bring balance, clarity, and ease.
What this class offers
You’ll be guided through a traditional Hatha Yoga session that includes:
• Grounded physical postures, approached with care and attention
• Conscious breathing to steady the nervous system
• Moments of stillness and guided rest to allow the practice to settle
The pace is unhurried. The emphasis is on listening to the body, not pushing it. Each posture is offered as an invitation, not a demand.
About Praji…
Praji’s teaching arises from lineage-based training and lived experience, rather than trend or performance. Her approach honours yoga as a holistic discipline — one that supports physical health while quietly shaping awareness, presence, and inner stability.
Students often describe his classes as clear, grounding, and reassuring, especially for those who are new to yoga or returning after time away.
