9D Breathwork Taster Workshop with Steph
Thursday 5th March, 7.00–8.30 PM
We are honoured to welcome Steph, a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator from Breatholution, to The Dharma Centre for a special introductory breathwork experience on Thursday 5th March (7:00 PM–8:30 PM). This workshop offers you a grounded and accessible way to experience one of the most profound somatic healing techniques in contemporary wellbeing — the 9D Breathwork method.
About Steph & Her Journey
Steph is a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator based in the Hertfordshire countryside. Her own transformative journey with breathwork began during a period of deep burnout, when traditional therapy hadn’t reached the underlying tension and emotional blocks she was carrying. After discovering how breathwork, body awareness, and subconscious connection could unlock long-held patterns, Steph trained in the 9D Breathwork method and founded Breatholution to share this work with others.
Steph’s presence in the room is described by participants as grounded, reassuring, and deeply supportive — allowing people to feel safe enough to surrender into the breath and release what no longer serves them.
What Is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a multi-dimensional breathwork method that blends several elements to support deep nervous system regulation, emotional release, and profound inner clarity:
Structured breathing that facilitates release of tension and stuck energy.
Immersive soundscapes with binaural tones, solfeggio frequencies, and harmonic tuning to help the body drop into a state of safety and receptivity.
Guided coaching that supports emotional exploration without overwhelm.
Nervous system regulation that makes deeper processing feel possible and safe.
This combination helps participants move beyond the limitations of talk-only approaches, addressing mind, body, and subconscious patterns together.
What to Expect in the Taster Workshop
This 90-minute session at The Dharma Centre is designed as an introduction to the experience of 9D Breathwork. Participants will be guided through the practice in a calm, contained setting with the following elements:
Comfortable, lying-down posture – please bring a yoga mat or blankets and cushions as needed.
Headphones strongly recommended to receive the full benefit of the immersive sound experience.
Guided breathwork throughout – there will be no requirement to speak unless you choose to share.
Light closing time for integration – space to land back into your body after the session.
Steph’s guidance supports you to access deeper calm and release tension at your own pace.
Who This Is For?
This workshop is suitable for all experience levels, whether you’ve never tried breathwork before or are curious to deepen your practice. No prior experience is necessary.
Many participants find this approach especially helpful if they are navigating stress, emotional overload, nervous system dysregulation, or simply seeking a deeper connection to body and breath.
