Tuesday Guided Meditation

These sessions are designed to allow give all attendees a taste of what meditation could be like. The Space will be held and guided by Eran (formally Bhante), who spent 15 years as a forest Monk. The types of meditation techniques that would be used during the session would include; Breath, Body scan, deep relaxation and awareness of thoughts.

  • This meditation space is held by Bhante, who has over 10 years of experience teaching meditation and mindfulness practices across Asia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Bhante has undertaken five years of formal residential training at internationally respected meditation centres, including the Pa-Auk Tawya Meditation Centre and Mahasi Meditation Centres, where he trained in classical Buddhist meditation methods grounded in discipline, clarity, and sustained practice.

His teaching style is clear, accessible, and grounded in lived experience, making these sessions suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Participants are guided with care, precision, and an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment for meditation and inner inquiry.

  • These sessions would be all about creating peace and harmony within the mind and body.

Being aware of everything and letting go of any and all aspects that burden the mind and body.

The sessions would focus on themes of loving kindness, joy, compassion and equanimity.

And will be presented in a daily life context.
