Vinyasa Yoga Mondays

Kiri has been practicing yoga for over a decade, exploring a range of traditions and learning under different teachers along the way. In 2025, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Lotus Love Yoga, graduating with excellence.

Her approach to teaching is both approachable and well-rounded. Classes are not limited to physical postures (asana), but gently incorporate breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and elements of traditional yogic practice such as kriya, bandha, and mantra.

The intention is to offer a space where people can not only move their bodies, but begin to understand themselves more deeply through practice.

  • The Centre parking can hold up to 25 cars, should the parking be utilised mindfully.
