Evening Meditation
Every Tuesday | 7 PM to 8 PM
Join us every Tuesday for a gentle, guided meditation session designed to support calm, clarity, and connection.
These sessions are open to all — whether you are new to meditation, returning after time away, or simply looking to sit and share space with others in quiet practice. No prior experience is needed.
The meditation will be simple and accessible, with guidance offered throughout to help settle the body, ease the mind, and cultivate a sense of presence.
Morning Meditation
Commencing 7th May
Every Thursday | 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM
For those whose mornings offer a quieter moment than evenings, this guided session with Eran is a chance to arrive fully — settling the mind, releasing whatever you may be carrying and dropping into a depth of calm that can set the tone for the rest of your day.
Each session draws on accessible, easy-to-follow techniques suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up and be still.
Come and discover what it feels like to move through your week with a little more ease, clarity and presence.

ABC’s of Vipassana Meditation
Dates and times to be released
An introduction to Vipassana (insight) meditation, rooted in the Satipatthana Sutta. Each session combines guided practice with a talk exploring the foundations of Vipassana and the conditions that allow the practice to flourish.
This is also an opportunity to connect with others who arrive just as you do — with an open mind and a sense of curiosity.
Sessions are guided by Eran, trained in the Burmese forest tradition and bringing over 10 years of teaching experience in Vipassana, Buddha-dhamma and Mindfulness.
