Vinyasa Yoga

Every Thursday, Starting 28th May
7 PM to 8 PM

Lucy has loved yoga since the age of ten — drawn to its grace, its calm, and the peace it brought to her own life growing up with ADHD. For her, yoga wasn't just a practice, it was the thing that truly helped.

Before becoming a teacher, Lucy worked at an adult day provision for students with Special Educational Needs, where she began leading Mindful Movement sessions. Watching yoga transform her students — and feeling its impact on herself — gave her the confidence to pursue her RYT-200 training and step into teaching full time.

Lucy brings a sense of whimsy and playfulness to her classes, balanced with gentle discipline and clear, easy-to-follow cues. Her sessions weave together Sanskrit, pranayama and mantra, honouring the full tradition of yoga while keeping it accessible to everyone. Don't expect to feel like you're watching a performance — Lucy believes in learning together and building real community, where every student is part of the practice, not just an audience to it.
