Thursday Morning Guided Meditation
Commencing 7th May
9.30 AM to 10.30 AM
Each session is designed to offer a genuine taste of what meditation can be — accessible, grounding and quietly transformative.
The space is held and guided by Eran. Each session is guided through a range of techniques that may include breath awareness, body scan, deep relaxation chakra meditations and observation of thought — offering something meaningful whether you are sitting for the first time or returning to a practice you once knew.
To support a deeper sense of ease and relaxation, each session is accompanied by the resonant tones of a Tibetan singing bowl and carefully chosen ambient soundscapes — creating a space that invites the body and mind come into a state of peacefulness.

This space is held by Eran — a meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience guiding practitioners across Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom.
Eran brings five years of formal residential training at two of the most respected meditation centres in the world — the Pa-Auk Tawya and Mahasi Meditation Centres — where he deepened his understanding of classical Buddhist meditation through sustained, disciplined practice. That foundation shapes everything about the way he teaches.
Beyond the monastery, Eran's work has taken him into some of the most demanding and unlikely environments imaginable. He has delivered mindfulness and meditation programmes within prison rehabilitation settings in both the UK and Sri Lanka, supported the Ministry of Defence in the UK and armed forces in Sri Lanka and Myanmar through mindfulness training, and worked closely with high-stress professionals across the private sector — including investment banks, hedge funds, CEOs and high net worth individuals.
It is this rare combination — the depth of monastic training alongside a grounded understanding of the pressures of modern life — that makes Eran's teaching so distinctive. He speaks the language of both worlds, and brings them together with clarity, compassion and care.
His approach is warm, precise and firmly rooted in lived experience, making these sessions equally accessible to complete beginners and those with an established practice. Every session is held within a space that feels safe, supported and genuinely conducive to inner inquiry.

Not at all. These sessions carry no religious requirement, belief system or expectation of any kind. There is nothing to adopt, nothing to perform and no prior affiliation needed.
The practice is simply about becoming more aware of your present-moment experience — the body, the breath and the movements of the mind, as they are, here and now. The guidance is practical, grounded and open to everyone, regardless of background, belief or none.

We have plenty of chairs for everyone. If you usually sit on the floor, cushions are limited because we’re a new centre, so please bring your own if you can.
You’re also welcome to bring a warm cover like a blanket and a bottle of water. -
The Centre’s parking is able to accommodate up-to 20 cars.
However, please do park mindfully and when possible, walking to the centre is encouraged (should you live close by)
Pay-what-you-can
To keep this session accessible for all, we operate on a pay-what-you-can basis. This means that those facing financial hardship can still access the sessions, while those who are able to donate are able to do so, to help us cover the Centre's running and maintenance costs and keep these offerings open to everyone.
A participant usually donates anything between £5 to $10/session.
Supporting the Centre
While there is no fee to attend, voluntary donations are welcome from those who feel able. Any contributions go directly toward the heating and running costs of the Centre, helping us keep the space open and accessible for all.
