Join us every Tuesday for a gentle, guided meditation session designed to support calm, clarity, and connection.

These sessions are open to all — whether you are new to meditation, returning after time away, or simply looking to sit and share space with others in quiet practice. No prior experience is needed.

The meditation will be simple and accessible, with guidance offered throughout to help settle the body, ease the mind, and cultivate a sense of presence.

A home away from home to spend time in Silence within our sacred meditation space! We have chairs and a few cushions for floor seating. You are welcome to hold your own practice as you would at home minus all the distractions that may be. More details to come!
